
Shipping & Handling
We process all the orders as soon as possible.
Normally we ship within 2 or 3 business days after payment is received. If in an order we are any item out of stock, we will ship all in stock and will cancel any unavailable item. We do not do backorders.
Remember that the cost of shipping may vary depending in: quantity of boxes ordered, size of box, weight of the order.
The shipping cost won’t be calculated till the order is processed, we will let you know the cost of it.
Any claims, discrepancy or breakage should be reported to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. You must inform the shipping company if there is any breakage or broken item within the 7 days too.
We ship orders via USPS or FEDEX, whichever is more economical.
Once the order is shipped we will send you the tracking number.
Minimum order is 150 before shipping for Wholesale
Return Policy
If you need to return an item please check our return policy:
-Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase
-Any item that has been opened/or used is non-returnable/ non-refundable
Damaged electric oil burners or machines are non-returnable and/ or non refundable.
There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items being returned.
Return payments will be issued AFTER items have been received and reviewed for inspection by our customer service team.
The customer is responsible for returning the product within the 15 day policy.
Payment will be reissued in the form it was received.
